Office Hours To Take Out Permits Will Be Monday 9:00-3:00PM – Tuesday 9:00-3:00PM – Wednesdays 9:00-2:00PM & Thursdays 9:00-3:00.
You can Drop Off Building Plans and or Building Permits Monday through Thursday 8:00-4:30 & Fridays 8:00-12:00PM at the Front Main Entrance where they will be brought to our department during the hours we are not in the office.

The Building Inspector's office issues permits for new construction as well as permits for additions and renovations within an existing structure.
Within town, permits are required for such diverse activities as new construction, renovations, additions, excavations, fills, etc.
Individuals contemplating any activity which may fall into the category of those activities which require a permit should contact the building inspector's office to determine if a permit is indeed required.
