The Manager of Human Resources directs and oversees all aspects of Human Resources Management for the Town of Seymour including policies and procedures, recruitment, hiring, compensation management, benefits administration, employment and labor law compliance, and employee relations. This position must maintain strict confidentiality and business ethics at all times.
