Town Treasurer W. Kurt Miller

The Town Treasurer is an administrative appointment of the First Selectwoman and responsible for preserving, managing, and protecting the financial resources of the Town.

Responsibilities include:

• receipt, accounting and investment of all Town funds
• recording all cash received by the Town, paying all bills, including payroll
• working with other financial departments to ensure cash requirements are met
• maintaining adequate liquidity and compliance with Connecticut State Laws
