Free for residents of NVCOG’s 15‑town region, including Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Derby, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Oxford, Prospect, Seymour, Southbury, Thomaston, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, and Woodbury
Proof of residency (driver’s license, tax bill, or other ID)
Hazardous household items such as paint, pesticides, household cleaners, chemicals, and other regulated products
Up to 50 lbs of waste per resident unless you arrange an exception in advance by emailing hhw@nvcogct.gov with your name, address, and waste type by the Monday before the event
Drive‑through: Stay in your vehicle; staff will guide you, record materials, and unload them
Containers used for hazardous materials cannot be returne
