November 4, 2025 Municipal Election


All polling locations will be open 6am-8pm:

 

  1. District 1: Seymour Community Center, 20 Pine St
  2. District 2: Seymour Community Center, 20 Pine St - Important: District 2 Voters, who normally vote at Bungay School, will vote at the Seymour Community Center, 20 Pine Street, due to Bungay Road Construction
  3. District 3: Chatfield-LoPresti School, 51 Skokorat St

Early Voting

October 20th – November 2nd  at Seymour Town Hall, 1 First Street

Downstairs in the Norma Drummer Room

Early Voting Hours are 10am-6pm

With extended hours of 8am-8pm Oct 28th and Oct 30th

Oct 17th: Deadline to register to vote to vote at your regular polling place on November 4th.

The Registrar of Voters Office will be open from 9am – 8 pm

Oct 20th- Nov 2nd and Nov 4th: Same Day Registration

Voters who are not yet registered may register to vote and then vote at Seymour Town Hall. Proof of Identity and Residence is required.

🗳️ Registrar of Voters

The Registrar of Voters is responsible for ensuring fair, accurate, and accessible elections in the Town of Seymour. The Registrars are elected officials serving the community by managing voter records, elections, and voter education.


What We Do

  • 📋 Annual Voter Canvass – Conducted January through May to keep voter rolls accurate and up to date.

  • 🗳️ Election Management – Oversee elections, primaries, and referenda.

  • 👥 Poll Worker Coordination – Recruit, locate, and train poll workers.

  • 📨 Voter Registration – Process mail-in and in-person registrations and provide voter education.

Voter Eligibility – Town Meetings & Budget Referenda

Eligible voters must be either:

  • A registered elector in Seymour, or

  • An owner of at least $1,000 in taxable property within the Town.
